Welcome to HH Pack. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General

At HH Pack, we're passionate about creating quality experiences for dogs and their people through handmade treats, photography, and workshops. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Dog Snacks

Orders

• All treats are handmade in small batches.
• Orders are subject to availability.
• Some products are made to order and may require advance notice.

Ingredients

• We use carefully selected ingredients suitable for dogs.
• Owners are responsible for checking ingredients before purchasing.
• HH Pack cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Storage

Fresh treats: Because our treats are freshly made and not fully dehydrated, they must be kept refrigerated. For the best quality, enjoy them within 7 days and follow the storage instructions included with your order.

Frozen Boost Bites: Keep frozen until ready to serve. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing. Please follow the storage instructions provided with your order for the best quality and freshness.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.

Workshops

Booking

Workshop places have to be reserved in advance. Payment is made on the day of the workshop.

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, or no-shows, will still be charged the full workshop fee, as your place has been reserved and cannot always be filled at short notice.

Participation

Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions during the workshop.

HH Pack reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour may endanger people or animals.

Photography Sessions

Booking

Photography sessions are available by appointment only.

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your session is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations can happen - especially with pets - and we'll do our best to find a new date, subject to availability.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final edited images are delivered.

Weather

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the event of unsuitable weather to ensure the best possible experience and results.

Pet Welfare

Your pet's comfort and wellbeing always come first. If a pet becomes overly stressed, tired, or uncomfortable during the session, HH Pack may pause, adjust, or end the session if necessary.

Image Delivery

Your edited images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of booking.

HH Pack carefully selects and edits the best images from each session.

Image Use

Unless requested otherwise, HH Pack may use selected photographs for our portfolio, website, and social media.

If you prefer your images not to be shared publicly, simply let us know before your session.

Payments

Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking or ordering.

Orders or bookings may require full or partial payment in advance.

Liability

While every reasonable care is taken during our services, HH Pack cannot be held responsible for illness, injury, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Owners remain responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet's health, behaviour, dietary needs, and any medical conditions.
